Intermediate Band (ICB)
Grade 8-9 students with 1 year or more in musical experience
This class is the middle-level band at Van Tech. The course places emphasis on developing music literacy, musicianship, and instrumental technique through performance in preparation for Senior Band. Students in this course are invited to participate in the annual Junior Music Tour. Participation in concert performances is an expectation of this course. Concerts will take place both during the school day and outside of regular school hours.
